Frances McLeod

Frances McLeod is a sculptor and fine
art
photographer. A native of Sumter,
she studied fine arts and media arts at the University of South
Carolina, from which
she holds a B.A.
In her conventional and digital photography, she tries
to capture subjects in a way that creates an engaging, dreamlike
image. Her techniques include macro-photography,
night-photography, toned B/W printing, and colored gel lighting.
Her photographs have been exhibited in Columbia at Idylwild Arts
Galleries, Moda, Cool Beans, Alley Café, and 80808 Gallery of Columbia,
and in Sumter at Uptown Deli and Patriot Hall.
